WE – that’s the four entrepreneurs Thomas Lanz, Christian Hofer, Hubert Felderer and Wilhelm Obwexer. The young Klausner Barbara Felderer manages the gastronomy.
The Putzer was already a meeting place in 1751 as the “Virtstaverne Butzerhof”. We would like to continue this tradition and realise a contemporary concept. We all share an enthusiasm for the art of brewing, architecture and culinary delights. The Braubasis, ‘Home of Viertel Bier’, is completely new.
WE – that’s also a new quarter in the making:
The PUTZER is one of the four properties of Sudhaus GmbH (Alter Schlachthof and Putzer already exist, Badhaus and Lasserhaus will be realised at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023). The “Viertel Bier” is the connecting element that is served or sold in all establishments.
