In spring, the PUTZER is immersed in a pink-white sea of colours. Depending on the location, temperature, sea level and apple variety, the apple blossom begins in South Tyrol between the end of March and the end of April.
Special highlights at this time of year include walks across the apple plateau of Natz-Schabs, the apple trail, the crowning of the apple queen during the royal festival in Natz-Schabs, and the first bike tours in the valley and in the low mountain range. By the way: The Putzer is located directly on the Pustertal and Eisacktal cycle paths as well as the Munich-Venezia long-distance cycle path, and also has “Bett & Bike” certification!

Would you like to end your day with some northern Italian urban flair? Then head to Brixen, the oldest city in Tyrol, just 10 km away, for an aperitivo in our partner establishment “Alter Schlachthof” or a tour of the Water Light Festival”, which takes place annually in spring.
